Refund Policy
JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) ("University") has established the following refund policy for students enrolled in online programmes through onlinejain.com. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which fees may be refunded.
1. Eligibility for Refund
A student may be eligible for a refund of the programme fee under the following conditions:
- The student has submitted a written request for cancellation of admission.
- The request is made within the stipulated time frame as mentioned below.
- The student has not accessed or completed a significant portion of the programme content.
2. Refund Schedule
The refund amount is determined based on when the cancellation request is received:

3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Registration fee / Application processing fee.
- Examination fee (once the examination has been conducted).
- Convocation fee.
- Any fee paid towards third-party services (e.g., proctoring, certification).
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, students must:
- Send a written request to the University via email at onlinesupport@jainuniversity.ac.in.
- Include the student's full name, registration/enrolment number, programme name, and reason for cancellation.
- Attach supporting documents, if any.
5. Processing Time
Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 working days. The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of admission.
6. Programme Transfer
Students who wish to transfer from one programme to another may do so subject to eligibility criteria and availability of seats. Programme transfer requests are subject to approval by the University and may involve differential fees.
7. Disputes
In case of any dispute regarding refunds, the decision of the University shall be final and binding. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
